16/05/2016: Jose Maria Andres, Bodegas Paniza's GM, gave a talk to the participants of the course "Leaders for the future", a training programme sponsored by ADEA, the Association of Directors and Executives of Aragon, and KÜHNEL Business School, now in its fourth edition and whose aim ist to give an opportunity to a small group of senior managers with a specific profile to share and discuss current topics with guest speakers from companies and institutions.

11/05/2016: The Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy continues with its series of talks on thecuisine of Aragon, sponsored by Bodegas Paniza.. The guest speaker on this occasion was Enrique Barrado, chef and teacher at the Miralbueno Hotel and Catering School, accompanied by Dr. Elena Piedrafita, who holds a doctorate in Medieval History from the University of Zaragoza. The main dishes were Fardeles, a home-cooking dish that is very popular in the pig-slaughtering season or matacía, and mostillo, an Aragonese wine-based dessert.

14/04/2016: The one-day event which focused on online marketing for SMEs, #SoLoMoTorre, held on 13 April in Torrelodones, was presented to the media in a meeting in which Paniza's range of young wines took pride of place. These wines have a fresh presentation which is very much in tune with current trends and tastes, so it was the ideal choice for this day of innovation.

Two new aragonese recipes arte the starts of the series sponsored by Paniza.

06/04/2016: The Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy continues with its series of talks on the cuisine of Aragon, sponsored by Bodegas Paniza.. On this occasion, our guest was Ivan Acedo, one of the owners of the Aura hotel complex and the River Hall restaurant, accompanied by academy member Ángel de Uña. The chef gave a talk about two of the classic dishes from Huesca , the Recao de Binefar, a classic Aragonese dish that is very popular in the north of Aragon, made with white beans, and the Coc de Fraga, a traditional dessert from this part of Aragon whose main ingredient is quince. Academy member Ángel de Uña gave us an historical overview of the two classic recipes of Aragonese cuisine.
